People & Portraits
On several occasions I have been asked by my friends to take photos of them for everything from family portraits to engagement photos. This is a brief sampling of some portrait shots I have done.

Products & Locations
Many times when making a website, the main thing it lacks are great photos of the client’s products or equipment. On several occasions I have taken pictures of products inside my custom light box to get great shots against a white drop cloth. At other times, I’ve needed to go on location to get photos of a business in order to capture its product line or equipment.
When Only Herbs and Spices needed a new website, I was given many product samples to photograph so that potential customers could get an idea of what they were about to purchase.
When Red Bird Galleries needed a new website, I went out to visit the gallery in order to capture the atmosphere of the art gallery, and even the owner’s dog, “Itsy Bitsy” (who is one of the main reasons people return)!
When Paradigm Music Group needed a new website, I went to visit their recording studio to take pictures of all the recording equipment and the studio. I did this so prospective artists can know what to expect when they come to record their songs or albums.
Many other times when I have my lighting box set up, I find all sorts of thing I can take pictures of for no other reason than that just might look cool.

Music & Concerts
When I’m working or when I’ve got free time, I’m usually listening to music. I love most types of music, and I can appreciate all of it. I also have many friends that are professional musicians. Musicians who really believe and care about what they’re playing can convey so much emotion in a photo. Whenever I go to any musical event, I’ll take my camera if I’m allowed to, and do my best to snap some great pictures.

Nature & Wildlife
Nature shots are some of my favorite and most frequent type of photos. I’m always looking to see the beauty that is in nature, and it’s for this reason alone that I try and take my camera with me almost everywhere I go. There’s always a great shot to be had.

Night & Long Exposure
These are the type of photos that first got me interested in photography many years ago. In the past few years I’ve been taking as many night and long exposure photos as I can. Typically the camera is turned to manual mode, place on a tripod, and the shutter stays open for several seconds - capturing all the light that enters over that period of time.
I’ve even included my 45 minute exposure of the stars. This is long enough for the earth to rotate and the stars are seen streaking across the sky. For the shorter exposures, I’m usually just waving around some light source or looking out over a subject that is lit nicely at night.

Panoramas
These are panoramic photos that I’ve stitched together. Usually I take at least 3 shots, sometimes as many as 6 and combine them together in Photoshop to achieve an extremely wide angle.
